What is the tuition at WVLHS?

In 2020-2021, for members of a Partner In Mission congregation the tuition is $6,389 per year and for those who are not members of a Partner In Mission congregation, the tuition is $8,092 per year.

Does WVLHS offer tuition assistance?

WVLHS believes that every student should be encouraged to grow in their intimate relationship with Christ and have a keen understanding of ways they can use their gifts and talents to serve our King. WVLHS does not turn away families who may not be able to fully afford the opportunity offered at our school and will work with individual families to determine what tuition assistance is needed. Refer to the Information Packet on the Registration Page for details.

What athletic activities are offered at WVLHS?

WVLHS offers fall soccer, girls volleyball, boys basketball, girls basketball, track & field, spring golf, baseball, and softball.

Is WVLHS an accredited school?

 WVLHS is accredited by National Lutheran School Accreditation(NLSA) and AdvancEd. 

Does WVLHS accept non-denominational students?

Yes, WVLHS accepts students from all religious backgrounds and non-churched students but proclaims the Word as taught by the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. 


What co-curricular activities are offered at WVLHS?

In addition to athletics, WVLHS offers Student Council, National Honor Society, Yearbook Committee, Prom Committee, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Praise Team, Math League, Social Committee, SPARC – Serving People & Representing Christ, Solo & Ensemble, and Happy Serenity Club.

Does WVLHS offer hot lunch?

No, WVLHS does not offer a hot lunch program; however, a number of student groups sponsor hot lunches, as a means of fundraising, that can be purchased by the students on selected days. Also, every student has access to microwaves and refrigerator space.
