Enrollment Procedure and Forms

To enroll for the 2019-2020 school year, students must submit an application packet to the school office. Applications for new students will be accepted starting December 1, 2018.  If you have any questions, contact Jamie Wehrs in the school office at (715) 693-2693 or jwehrs@wvlhs.org.

An application packet consists of the following:

  • A completed application form signed by the student and a parent or guardian.
  • For Incoming Freshman Only:   A recommendation form completed by an English teacher and a math teacher (mailed separately to the school by the teachers). 
  • For students transferring from another high School:  A copy of an official transcript

An interview with the administrator (transferring students only) and payment of the $500 registration fee ($450 if paid prior to April 15, 2019) will finalize the admission process and secure a student's place on the class roster.

Applications received by TADS after the deadline will be subject to lower financial aid consideration.
